Squat Challenge Day ONE!

I woke today and went for a walk, then I came home and started my 30 day Squat challenge.

So Why am I doing this Squat Challenge?
Besides the sexy ass, I wanted to Bring more blood to my legs :) Large muscle groups like these need a lot of oxygen and since I spend most of my day Sitting on my Bum, I made the decision to Get Moving. I haven't Rebounded in a while, just lost interest. So I am back on track.
