This is our Main Juice to start our day. We will create another For Dinner.
Last night we Made what I called a "Dinner Juice" This is what we used:
2 Potato's Skinned
1 Sweet Potato
6 Medium Carrots
1 Lime Juiced
All Juiced Then Put in the Blender with Fresh squeezed Tangerine Juice
Served 3
Tonight's Dinner Juice will be Different.. Im Thinking Something with Peppers!! Maybe a Pepper Potato Juice with cabbage :)
Now Just so You All know, we are Eating... BUT it is all Fruits and Veggies RAW. Nothing cooked and its just to Keep us from going nuts.
So Dont be afraid to bust into that bag of apples or eat a Ripe banana, Or Slice some cabbage and squeeze some lemon on it! Just Resist Cooked food with all your MIGHT!
